MEASURE YOUR SIZE

Put on a pair of socks that you usually wear with shoes. Make sure you are balanced and standing straight. 

STEP #1 - Stand on a flat and sturdy surface and put your heel against a wall. Place a sheet of paper below your foot. 

STEP #2 - Using a pen or pencil, mark the longest part of your foot (from heel to toe) and the thickest points of your foot. If you can't do so, ask someone to help you. Measure the opposite foot as well since sizes may vary.

STEP #3 - Use a ruler and measure the marked length of each foot. Based on the results, look at the table below and select the right shoe size for you.
